Step 1: Visit the Appointment Page

1. Go to the Appointment Page: https://coastalluxeaesthetics.com.au/appointment

Step 2: Select Your Service

1. Browse the available services.
2. Click on the service you want to book.

Step 3: Choose Date and Time

1. Select your preferred date from the calendar.
2. Choose an available time slot that works for you.

Step 4: Enter Your Details

1. Fill in your name, email, and phone number (if required).
2. If you have an account, log in for faster booking.
3. You can also log in using Google for a quick and seamless experience. Simply click the "Continue with Google" button and follow the prompts.

Step 5: Confirm and Submit

1. Review your appointment details.
2. Click “Confirm Booking” to finalize your appointment.

Step 6: Receive Confirmation

1. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
2. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so through the Customer Panel: https://coastalluxeaesthetics.com.au/customer-panel/

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

1. Visit the Customer Panel: https://coastalluxeaesthetics.com.au/customer-panel/
2. Enter your registered email and password to log in.

Step 2: Access Your Appointments

1. Once logged in, navigate to the "Appointments" section.
2. Find the appointment you want to reschedule.

Step 3: Select Reschedule Option

1. Click on the button with a clock icon next to your booking.
2. Choose a new date and time from the available slots.

Step 4: Confirm Your Changes

1. Review your new appointment details.
2. Click "Confirm Reschedule" to save the changes.

Step 5: Check Your Confirmation

1. You will receive an email confirmation with the updated booking details.
2. You can also check the updated schedule in the Customer Panel under "Appointments"

2. Enter your registered email and password to log in.

Step 2: Access Your Appointments

1. Navigate to the "Appointments" section.
2. Find the appointment you want to cancel.

Step 3: Select Cancel Option

1. Click on the button with arrow icons next to your booking.
2. Change the "Status" into "Canceled"
3. Click "Confirm" to finalize the process.
4. A confirmation pop-up will appear "Appointment status changed to Canceled"

Step 4: Check Your Confirmation

1. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
